Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by SignGogs B.V. ("SignGogs," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our services.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of SignGogs' website, food services, catering services, event planning, and any other services we provide. By making a reservation, placing an order, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

Services Description

SignGogs provides food services including but not limited to restaurant dining, catering services, event planning, and private dining experiences. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, season, and other factors.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. Service descriptions, menus, and pricing are subject to change.

Reservations and Bookings

Reservations and bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by SignGogs. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of inappropriate behaviour, failure to comply with our policies, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when making reservations, including the number of guests, dietary requirements, and contact details. Changes to reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary depending on the service type. Restaurant dining typically requires payment at the time of service. Catering and event services may require deposits or advance payment as specified in the service agreement.

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept various payment methods as displayed at the time of booking or service.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by service type and are specified at the time of booking. Generally, restaurant reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Catering and event services require longer notice periods.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the specific terms agreed upon at the time of booking. SignGogs reserves the right to retain deposits or charge cancellation fees as outlined in the service agreement.

Customer Obligations

Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards SignGogs staff and other patrons. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the premises and cancellation of services without refund.

Customers must inform SignGogs of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking. While we make every effort to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee complete allergen-free environments.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services and to notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information or requirements.

Health and Safety

SignGogs is committed to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with Dutch and EU regulations. However, customers with severe allergies or dietary restrictions should inform us in advance and understand that we cannot guarantee complete elimination of allergens.

Customers participate in our services at their own risk regarding food allergies and dietary sensitivities. SignGogs recommends that individuals with severe allergies consult with our staff before consuming any food or beverages.

Intellectual Property

All content on the SignGogs website, including text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and software, is the property of SignGogs or its content suppliers and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of SignGogs.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission. The SignGogs name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SignGogs.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignGogs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SignGogs for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

This limitation of liability applies whether the claims are based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not SignGogs has been informed of the possibility of such damages.

Force Majeure

SignGogs shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other similar causes beyond our reasonable control.

Termination

SignGogs may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account or stop using our services, you may simply discontinue using the services and contact us to delete your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our services and supersede any prior agreements.

Changes to Terms

SignGogs reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of our services after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
